The visionary behind Wana Yook, Chalee Kader draws inspiration from his diverse background—born to a Chinese mother and an Indian father in Thailand—and his extensive culinary journey, including his tenure as a chef at the Embassy of France in Bangkok. His passion for “Khao Kaeng” led him to elevate this humble staple into a sophisticated tasting menu that resonates with both authenticity and modernity. The restaurant offers a seasonal tasting menu, typically comprising around nine courses, each meticulously crafted to highlight the rich flavors of Thai cuisine.
